I had a horrible experience with Pizza hut a few days ago. Most if it was due to their crappy online system, but then this local store compounded it by making me the wrong pizzas. I was planning on using a debit card that has zero money on it, so I deposited $$ in the ATM. I then tried to order from the email links. The did not let me complete the sale (I forget exactly why). So then I tried the app. I loaded in an order, the one you can see that was about $50 (price not shown on screenshot) but included a free pizza. I tried to order it, but then I said there was a problem with my debit card, but did not specify what that was. (My card works fine, and I got a receipt showing that my cash deposit was immediately credited. So I went back to my bank’s ATM and withdrew some cash. I then went to the ATM of my other bank, and deposited cash, which was also immediately credited. I tried to order with the debit card from that second bank, but it complained about my debit card. I tried again, and it said there was a problem with the order. So I just went to the location where I was planning on picking it up (Nevada St. in Spokane). They said a lot of people have problems with the app, so try it via a web browser. I did again twice, both no luck in the same 2 ways above. I then used another browser (Samsung now, not Chrome, on my phone). I was able to order it, but could not get the free pizza any way I tried. See the second sreenshot attached … no free pizza and it cost me $60.71. To add insult to injury, then I got the order and took it to my friends. Then I noticed that they made the wrong pizzas for me. Two of the same pizza – pepperoni and beef/sausage – not the ones that I ordered (one fancier one, the free/cheap one just pepperoni). They did get the pasta right, and accidentally added in breadsticks. I know this was my order, not just mistakenly gave me another order from another “David”, because my card (I paid in person since I could not online) was billed $60.71 I’m a retired computer science professor (really!), and I can tell you that this stuff is not that hard to get right. And it seems to have gone on a long time. I really like Pizza Hut pizzas, better than any other chain except arguably Papa John’s or Papa Murphy’s, but I am giving up on them. Life is too short to have my time wasted (an hour here running around ATMs etc) and the wrong pizzas. UPDATE 8/13/25: the owner replied 2 months ago that they had gotten email from me, but I have not had a response. Caveat emptor.

So they've forgotten my side sauces a few times, which depending on what I'm ordering are needed or in not eating it. They make it seem like a big deal that I want them to deliver sauce or owe me a new order of my food. This last time I ordered I got the Brooklyn style, it was OK. What really irked me was the fact that what I wanted for left overs was 90% stuck to the box. Had to just throw it away and was the biggest waste of money. I'll never order their soggy Brooklyn style again. Updated the review from a 2 star to a 1 star. Ordered from there and had the next time get a free large pizza. They won't even honor the coupon.

This is supposedly a extra bbq personal with hut favorite crust. Topping spacing is abhorrent. One slice had all the jalapenos. There is no crust flavor at all and half the crust is dry. Tired of paying money for mistakes.

I have order from this Pizza Hut for a few weeks now no issues but tonight I order a 16-piece wing split order and they neglect to give me the sauces and then when I call back with a negative attitude due to the fact they forgot sauces with wings mind you I meana who even eats um without sauce they tell me that it is not able to deliver a sauce and they can compensate me a dollar on my next order will guess what that's not okay with me this new manager runs the Pizza Hut app on Nevada and Bridgeport during the night shift needs to be replaced all I could get from her is to call back tomorrow and the talk to Leon the rgm at 10:30 well guess what I'm going to this lady had no right being on the phone and trying to negotiate terms when it was already set in stone that they did not give me sauce and then she told me they cannot deliver the said sauce once I get a argument going she goes wait what if we can deliver the sauce would that make it easier... but how come you can do in the first place I ordered $20 worth of wings. That's when I started using my wits and said hey how come they could have been the first solution and then she hung up with me when I called back they said she was not going to speak with me so guess what tomorrow Leon me and you on the phone 10:30 I'm disgusted with your managers reaction I've ran a restaurant downtown in Spokane for 22 years this is...

Super tiny location, but I get it. No dine in eating and now that I'm actually thinking about it.. really any pizza parlor is tiny inside. Great tasting pizza and I love their bread sticks! Hands down, both are the best tasting at pizza Hut. I love pizza Hut because there's just the right ratio of sauce and cheese on the pizza. Brad could use a little more seasoning, but super fluffy, soft and really hot and fresh, everytime I've ordered. I always go to the pizza parlor though, no matter where I choose to order from, because I find that the food is the most hot and freshly made right from the oven to your hands. Only thing I did't like about ordering from here, is that there only ever like, one, maybe two people inside making the pizzas and taking orders. So, after arriving, I'm always looked at, barely, if even at all, acknowledged, up until an employee actually comes to take my order. Even if there's a pick up order and the employee comes to help that customer, there is never any indication that someone is going to take care of you, let alone how long and when. So customer service is rarely impressive.. but as I said, there's really only ever one worker, so.. I'll give them that, but still.. how hard is it to acknowledge your customer, even when your busy? Especially in a store that small. Moving forward, all around, I still...
