You always find out what kind of company you're dealing with when there is a problem. I had my car tinted here four years ago. There is a "lifetime" warranty on the tint. My back window is one big bubble. It's difficult to see through it. So I went over to this shop and explained it. He said he can't make any decisions but has to send pictures back to the tint company to see if they approve it. I said "there is a lifetime warranty on the tint and it's coming off" He said he can't make any decisions only the tint company can do that. He said it would take 2 or 3 weeks to hear back from them to see if they approve it. Well I can see where this is going. This is one big run around. There is no warranty if something goes wrong. Just one big run around. I came to this shop in good faith, money in hand. But I'll never go here again obviously. Consider this review
This is response to the owners reply. He told me that he would have to take photos and send it off to Llumar to see IF the film is defective. Obviously if the film bubbled up to that extent there is something wrong. I NEVER washed that window with anything since it was tinted much less Windex. If you google why tint film bubbles up one of the reasons is an improper installation. If you would have been in his shop during the discussion you would have thought the same thing I did.... run around. Why not stand behind your work as the warranty states then...

I thought this was a lot to pay to have 1 window done, but I wanted to get it done. The owner/operator, Bill, then asked me to give him a good review as he was trying to get to 300 google reviews. I got home and immediately gave him the review he requested. A short time later I noticed a bubble on the left side of the window tint. I went back and was told it would go away and would be fine. He told me to make sure the car got sunlight on it. I do not garage it and it gets direct sunlight most of the day. It has now been THREE WEEKS and the bubbles are still there. I went back today and I got the same story from Bill. I told him that if he was any kind of businessman heād redo the job. He refused to comply with my wishes. Simply put, he didnāt do the job right and doesnāt want to take care of...

So unprofessional. I mean, really?! Razor cuts on the exterior of my windshield. My driver seat cut. Heās VERY lucky I donāt feel like dealing with small claims court. Karma will take care of him. This I KNOW FOR A FACT. You donāt treat people the way he does and get away with it!
The tint STILL isnāt done correctly. I now have dirt in it at least in two spots. And yet, another hair. Do you think Iām going back to have him further disrespect my vehicle?! Thanks...
