Yesterday evening, my grandchildren decided to treat me to a delightful dinner, and Pizza Villa was our chosen destination. While pizza isn't always my go-to, this lovely eatery truly exceeded my expectations.
From the moment we stepped inside, the delicious scent of fresh dough baking and rich tomato sauce wafted over us. The décor of Pizza Villa reminded me so much of the cozy Italian eateries I had the pleasure of experiencing in my youth. Gentle lighting, classic wooden tables, and an array of nostalgic photographs graced the walls, creating a heartwarming environment.
Our delightful server, approached us with the warmest of welcomes. He offered stellar recommendations, guiding us to start with the delectable garlic knots. Oh, how soft and buttery they were! However, it was the pizza that undeniably stole the show.
We chose their renowned Margherita pizza, adorned with creamy buffalo mozzarella, sun-kissed tomatoes, and aromatic basil. Every morsel was a rich tapestry of flavors - the crust was impeccably crisp at its edges, yet tender within, and the toppings genuinely tasted as if they were plucked straight from the garden.
The evening's ambiance was made all the more special with the gentle strains of Italian melodies playing softly around us. While the dishes were certainly a treat for the senses, it was Pizza Villa's genuine warmth and hospitality that made the night unforgettable. As someone who's seen her fair share of years, it's rare for me to find places that balance contemporary tastes with a touch of the past so seamlessly.
For anyone yearning for an authentic, heartwarming dining experience, Pizza Villa is a treasure not to be missed. My grandchildren and I are eagerly awaiting...
Read moreOrdered a pizza and Stromboli and asked that the Stromboli be pepperoni only. Upon cutting it open there was sausage in the Stromboli. Called to let them know as we cannot eat it with the sausage. Was told i had to come back now in order for them to do anything. I advised I could not as I just got home with 4 children and was not going to load then back into the vehicle. Then was told if I did I could receive an order of garlic knots.....which I did not want as I would have ordered them originally if I did. Just very disappointed with how they handled a mistake they made and the way I was spoken to. I paid almost $40 for 2 items for one of them to be thrown in the garbage. Bad customer service!
I'm response to owners comment below...the order was not made how I ordered. I asked for no sausage as my family member cannot eat it. And the credit offered..... it was come get a replacement now or best we can do is give a 5 dollar credit...... on an almost 20 dollar item that was now essentially garbage in my house as it could not be consumed. To which my response was I cannot come now. I then said so if i load my family back into the car and drive back up there now as insited am I getting a credit for having to drive back up there...which is when the garlic knots came into offer. Still not handled well and again a waste of my money and time. And still bad customer service as it was error on your part whether the lady taking the order entered it wrong or it...
Read moreHorrible customer service. Tried this place twice and both times had issues. Last time I ordered an XL pizza, got home and discovered it was not the right pizza. Called up and was told I could drive back out to them to pick up a "couple slices", I wasn't interested in going out of my way for a slice which sounded ridiculous. Asked about a store credit and was told they would credit mean whole 1 dolllar! I laughed and said I would just go somewhere else next time and rheg said "okay" and hung up, no care at all. I have no idea how they keep in business , everytime we have been they have been deserted and I can see why. The first time I came and dined in no one greeted me or showed up to take my order. When you walk in the first thing u see is a big wall. I stood around the dining area waiting and finally walked over to the other side where the registers are and got an eye rolll and told I seat myself. I expressed that no one had come and wasn't sure if anyone realized I had even entered since there's no one at the door. She just said "yeah" and walked away. The pizza is okay but the service is rude and the price is way too high compared to all the other pizza places around! We will not be back and I would not recommend this place. The manager doesn't even take the time to speak to you when you have...
