OKAY SO YESTERDAY I WENT TO THIS COFFEE PLACE CALLED "THE WAREHOUSE" BUT IT WASN'T A WAREHOUSE FULL OF TRUCKS OR SQUATTERS OR NOTHING, IT WAS FULL OF BEANS AND SQUEAKY CUPS AND SMELLS THAT SMELLED NICE.

INSIDE LOOKED LIKE IF A LIBRARY GOT SMASHED TOGETHER WITH A LIVING ROOM AND THEN A BIRD FLEW IN AND SAID "MAKE IT FANCY." THEY HAD BOOKS AND PLANTS AND A CHAIR THAT LOOKED LIKE A WAFFLE. THE AIR WAS NICE AND COOL LIKE A POLITE ICE CUBE.

I ORDERED A ICEY COFFEE AND BRACED FOR IT TO COST 9 DOOLARS LIKE BACK HOME IN NEW HAMP BUCKS, BUT THEN GUESS WUT – IT WAS AROUNDISH THREE DOOLARS. THREE! I NEARLY WENT BACK IN TIME.

THE GUY WHO WORKED THERE WAS NAMED "PROBLY SCOTT" AND HECKA COOL. THERE WAS ALSO A LADY WHO HAD THE EYES OF SOMEBODY WHO COULD TAME WILD SYRUPS.

I TRIED A SIPPY SIP AND SAID “YUP THIS IS JUICE FOR ADULTS.” THE ICE CUBES DIDN’T FIGHT ME. THE COFFEE TASTED LIKE A NICE BREAK FROM THE WORLD!!!

THEY HAD A MATCHA DRINK WITH UBE IN IT BUT I DIDN’T ORDER IT CUZ I DON’T KNOW WHAT UBE IS. I THOUGHT IT WAS A TYPE OF GARDEN RUG.

ANYWAY THIS PLACE GETS TEN OUTTA TEN SHRIEKS. GOOD COFFEE. GOOD PEOPLE. GOOD PRICES. NO ONE TRIED TO SELL ME A CAR OR MAKE ME DO MATH.

SO COME ON DOWN!!! EXTRY PARKING BY THE ROADZ IF YOU NEED.

Attitude is everything girls! To The Three girls working counter. You must learn to play nice. The heavy set girl should Not be in customer service. She is very pretty but not friendly. I had never been here, no good morning, hello, welcome…. Nothing of the sort. I asked a simple question “are the sandwiches pre-made” I get a grumpy face from her so I immediately said”could I get a croissant rather than a bagel”. Ya think the roof was caving in! No, all of the sandwiches come in pre made. It’s a cute establishment. The sandwiches are all pre made but they did not heat them to become chewy. it’s ok. They tried. Bagel was crisp, egg was chewy, it deserves better than a one, but it’s still a microwaved egg. The coffee is very good. However, even the girl making the coffee was snotty. The lady in front of me ordered two different coffees and when her order was ready she asked the girl which one was which. The customer was answered in a tone “As If you have to ask”. My coffee was delicious and the seating is very cute. I liked the outside tables. Come on girls…. How hard is it to greet the customer upon entry and present a smile....

Spring Hill has needed and finally has a coffee shop in town. For those locals that want to see a small business like this thrive, please make a point to support them.

In my opinion, a few things to consider before you arrive include:

be patient and willing to enjoy the atmosphere. This isn’t a Starbucks or Dunkin. The drinks take a moment before they are ready, but plan to stay even after you get your drink and take in some of the vibe of a coffee shop.

leave a healthy tip to show you appreciate the effort being made to build the business here.

leave a Google review of your own. The more reviews, the less the owner will need to spend on Google advertising. Unless your experience is truly awful, those 4 & 5 star reviews really do go a long way!

I’m hopeful that through the next year this shop will succeed and they will have opportunity to explore different roasters within Florida to provide the best quality bean.

For being open just 6 weeks, I have to say that this is one location deserving to...
