Kielbasa Bus — Restaurant in Spring Hill

I just wanted to share what I had for lunch today it was so damn good! I got Zapiekanką with the spicy ketchup on top. It was out of this world, a mouth watering sensation in every bite. It was crafted and prepared perfectly with a nice crunch in every bite, surrounded by an Explosion of savory flavors. A succulent creamy buttery flavored sauce and fresh earthy mushrooms that were on point 👌. Finished with little spicy Ketchup. I was in Heaven with the flavor of this Zapiekanką.

Best of all you get excellent, friendly customer service with a smile.

I have also in the past enjoyed some of their other amazing foods. ( potato pancakes, kielbasa sub and Pierogi)

Extraordinary food from an extraordinary family. You MUST check them out! My fiance and I tried their keilbasa, fried cheese pierogis, Polish fries, and veggie Zapiekanka 🌱 (Polish version of French bread pizza 🍕) and everything was exceptional. I've never had pierogis as incredible as their's! 🥟 They are fried to perfection and stuffed to the brim with creamy cheese! 🧀😍 The kielbasa was smothered in buttered onions and dill and the Zapiekanka has this wonderful smokiness to it and was oozing with cheese 🤤 We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!...

Kielbasa Bus has the most delicious polish food! So happy we first came across the truck during one of Channelside Tampa’s third Thursday. We loved their pierogies so much that we decided to hire them for our wedding after party. Mark and team showed up with the truck and served all our guests. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about the food! Working with Matt to reserve the date and pick out the menu was also a super easy process. Overall great team and delicious food, couldn’t thank them enough for helping make our wedding day...
