This review is only in regards to the online ordering/pick up process. This was my first and absolute last time using this service at this Target.
Today, I ordered NINE items online; easy enough, right? I pick up my items, via the pull up and park process (in the designated area), and return home to be missing an item. The entire gallon of milk I received was to go bad in two days. The milk I already had in my refrigerator, that has been in there for the past week and half, had a later expiration date that what I just received.
I called the store and explained the issues only to be put on hold. When the employee came back to the phone she advised my missing item was still at the store and the milk could be exchanged. I asked her if I was supposed to just call when I got to the store-assuming they would bring the items out again. I inconveniently left my house again and returned to this Target store and again parked in a designated spot. I called the store only to be told I have to go in. FOR WHAT? I go inside only to have to wait for them to go throughout the store and grab another milk.

Read moreI LOVE THIS STORE, except through no fault of management, the Distribution Center does NOT STOCK ANY OF THE 3 LOCATIONS NEAR ME, WITH SALE ITEMS. THE MOST AGGREVATING PART IS THAT THEY DON'T GIVE RAIN CHECKS. Example: I wanted the large bag of Blue Wilderness Cat Adult Food. NONE ON THE SHELF, NONE IN THE STOCK ROOM AND NONE AT TWO OTHER LOCATIOINS. THE DEAL IS, BUY TWO AND GET A $5.00 GIFT CARD. IT'S NOT WORTH IT TO KEEP GOING BACK, ONLY TO SEE THAT THEY STILL DON'T HAVE ANY. IF BY CHANCE SOME CAME IN, THERE ARE ONLY 2 BAGS AND ARE GONE IN A FLASH. IS IT A PLOY TO GET PEOPLE TO SHOP AT YOUR STORE AND WHEN THEY GET THERE THEY CAN ONLY BUY OTHER MERCHANDISE??? I LOVE THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE AND MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL, BUT I AM VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED IN THE OPPORATING PROCEEDURE FOR SALE ITEMS. IT SHOULD BE A NO BRAINER TO OVER STOCK ON THESE ITEMS AND KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY. WHY WOULD I SEND FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO TARGET IF THEY CAN'T GET WHAT THEY NEED??? OBVIOUSLY I AM VERY FRUSTRATED AND HOPE THAT SOMEONE HIGHER UP TAKES THE TIME...
Read moreI had trouble with my order online with target and it was very annoying and upsetting to deal with this. I was send out a cancellation email of my order and target online had no idea why it was cancel. Which upsetted me.. now I can write all the of all my trouble with target but that is not the point.. the point here is this things happen but someone like mr. Hayden Baker team leader of target here gave me a gift card for the incovinience now again not the point .. the point is this men wrote me a letter took time of his busy schedule to write me a letter apologizing for all my troubled mind you he had no control over all this mess. I just have to say he went beyond for me.. great management- great guy- he will be the reason me and my family will shop there more often then we usually do..
