CHINA WOK — Restaurant in Florida

The first time I ordered to eat at this place yesterday, the taste of the meal was nothing special. I asked for spicy oil from the owner and they gave it to me, when I got home I wanted to eat my food with spicy oil there was a white mark on the spicy oil that was given to me, after I looked more closely the white mark on my spicy oil was mold (if spicy oil has not been used for a long time, mold will appear on it). I tried to call this shop and tell them what happened and without any guilt and apologies, the owner of this shop simply said ah it's okay just mold and won't kill you, I was quite surprised by their statement, I said that I reported this to the health department then your shop will definitely get into trouble, it seems the store owner ignored me and hung up on me. I stopped in this place and ordered a pretty good amount of food. The price was great ,the food was cooked perfectly, it was all fresh and it was hot when I got home.And the order was correct. The people are very polite working there,even though they are pretty busy.Places like McDonald's could learn a few things from these folks. They actually seem to appreciate your business. They have some tables inside, if you would like to eat in, and it is clean, but it seems mostly ,from what I noticed ,take out. You can tell they take pride in the food they serve, which says a lot these days. This used to be the place to go for great Chinese from the first day they opened. Not anymore. The last few times I have been very dissatisfied. Food is not as good and customer service is lacking. Ordered the lunch special had to remind the woman behind the counter that it came with a soda. They did not have a diet and told the worker that I could not drink regular soda. Figured she would have offered something of comparable value instead; maybe an egg roll. She just pretended not to hear me - twice. Crunchy noodle bags only 1/2 fill and did not include an extra bag as requested. The egg drop soup was watery; no pork in the pork fried rice. The food no where close to as good as it used to be.
