I moved to Spring Lake about a month ago, and was kind of sad I was giving up a smaller grocery story near me. When moving to Spring Lake I knew about Orchard Market, but never have shopped there enough to get a good idea about it.
Since living now 5 minutes from this store now, the convenience is super nice! The staff is amazing friendly, and the store set up is super user friendly!
They tend to have great sales on things that are priced higher elsewhere. Its good getting the friendly atmosphere here at Orchard!
OH! and... I LOVE the fact that there is so much diversity with in there workers! You can tell the accept people no matter race, religion, or health standards! There is one bagger boy (cant for the life of me think of his name right now) but he is always SOO sweet and always talks to my kids when they are with me!
Keep up the great work Orchard! Thanks for making people feel...
Read moreThis place is too expensive to be leaving expired product on the shelves. The first couple times, I figured it was just an accident. Then it happened again, and then I started checking dates. It's gross, a lot of stuff is out of date - even dog food!

And they even discount the expired stuff. Expired deli meat??? Like a week past expired with a discount sticker on it??
That is intentionally selling customers expired product. Get...
Read moreThis has to be the worst ran business place I have ever been to. I will never go there again. Many times that I have been there the customer service is awful. The lines are long, they never have enough staff and people are generally unfriendly. Tonight they had 2 lanes going and 1 was an express lane. Instead of opening up a lane to check people out in a timely fashion the manager was actually training a new cashier letting people wait for 20-30 minutes in long lines. Who trains employees during the busiest times and makes paying customer wait? The management staff obviously has no idea how to "manage" a staff or a store. The owners must be even more clueless with how pathetically run the store is. I hope everyone reads this and avoids the absolutely horrible service that Old Orchard in Spring...
