I just bought these nighttime gummies for my husband yesterday. I did not leave these in the car, in the sun, nor was it hot in my house. I didn’t leave them by the stove as they suggested. I went to Aroma Hill Cannabis today to try and find out what I could do. You have to take a picture of the damaged product, you can’t bring said damaged product in the store, and they can’t open them for you before you buy them. Sooooo it’s a 50/50% chance of getting a damaged product versus the 20 gummies you wanted. They had very condescending and, very rude attitudes. All except one woman in the main dispensary. Will not be returning, will not be giving another penny from my pocket when people act like this; I understand Illinois policies; but have a better day, and PLEASE do better. I love this store except the fact when they have promotions they do not mention them! I had to bring up the free papers a couple months ago, now they are giving out free slices of pizza with your purchase. There are signs everywhere! The first couple times I forgot by the time I got to the check out. I finally asked the last visit and received one, this visit where I spent over 100 like every other visit I had to mention it again! The lady this time didn't even know how to properly distribute the pizza tokens. When you have promotions you should properly train everyone, with this I wonder how many other things I missed because they don't mention it and hope you just forget the sign you read, or online promotion freebies.

Besides that Aroma always has great deals and very nice product! I love that they were at the Boone county Fair...

I have mental health problems due to war time and other traumatic events. They helped and made me feel like I was someone not just a customer but a person they value. It's new and very clean. Staff are very friendly and kind. Vic was helpful and brought a kind yet energetic energy that was welcoming yet not over the top. Rachel helped me also once and was also fantastic in how she handled me. Amit is so nice whenever I'm in he greats me and goes out of his way to do so. Maddy is another great employee, she's kind and has a warm smile that's inviting did I mention she knows her stuff.
