Club Car Wash — Local services in Spring Township

I just wanna say.. I had the BEST experience at this car wash yesterday and of course I went bragging all about it when I went into work later to all my bar guest. I definitely felt very spoiled there😊 Genuinely from the very start the lady that was working the window was super super nice and sweet 🥹 Props to the gentlemanS that were washing the cars before the actual wash! They were all working very hard 🙂 so please make sure to leave a $TIP$ for them. 🥹🥹 I also wanna give a HUGE shout out to Isaac!!😌 He came up to me and had asked if I wanted my mats washed and at first I wasn’t sure because I’ve never been asked before so I gave it a go because why not lol I tried to give him a tip but he respectfully declined the offer. He was super super nice and genuine. 😇 So thank you to everyone there 🥰 The experience alone put me in a good mood the rest of the day. The vibes all the way around this place is genuinely good. It was my very first time there and Ive never been to a car wash where they offer to wash your car mats or have set stations of towels for you to clean your car after the wash. I’ve been in the customer service industry for a long time. I wanted to point out one of your employees I believe her name is Betsy, every time I come to the car wash. I’m greeted with a smile. To grow a company as you know, you have to have great people below you and I believe Betsy is one of those people. I’ve had a membership since the day that car wash opened. In fact I canceled a membership with one of your competitors to try the Belvedere location. Every time I go there I have never had a bad experience. I don’t know what type of recognition you do in your company however I believe you need to recognize Betsy her smile and her kindness its never different from visit to visit . Good people are very hard to find right now. No one wants to work put in the effort. All they want to do is complain and I have never heard that getting my towel and air freshener from Betsy.
