Smoothie King — Restaurant in Spring Township

Boyfriend placed an online order for delivery at 7:30pm. It’s now 8:47pm and it’s not been delivered and now says it’ll be here at 8:57pm even tho they close at 9pm. Have called 3 times now and no one has answered the phone. I don’t understand why no one has answered if it’s not 9pm yet and are still open. Feels like he was scammed out of money.

update: It’s 8:57pm it’s still not here and still no answer from anyone on the phone. Honestly really disappointed and makes me not want to go here or order delivery from them again. It’s sad because i have enjoyed the smoothies in the past times, but to have no answer to a call after someone already paid for an order and not get their order is...

While walking to my truck the bottom fell out of my cup and spilled everywhere. I went back inside and the “Captain” Paula said it was not her problem and refused to replace the drink. She was extremely rude and condescending. And had the nerve to say it was my fault for not drinking it right away. Seriously?!? That’s ok I will never order from this one again and I order from other Smoothie Kings frequently. I ordered a smoothie bowl and 32oz chocolate...

Every single time I come here I spend $15 on a smoothie and tip them. Well….. this time I ordered a 44 oz she messes up and gives me a 32 oz so I tell her I ordered a 44 oz then she proceeds to fix it by adding nothing but ice to make it a 44 oz. Needless to say I had a watered down $15 smoothie with chunks of ice in it. I tried to call 20 times to see if they’ll make it right next time I come through but no answer.
