I had my daughter seen by a PA at HealtExpress. My daughter has been sick since last week. She said I can't take xrays since it's late after 5. You might as well have your daughter go to Urgent care. I will NOT and will NOT recommend this place. Sounds like these people want to get paid without working. I told her I paid for her to be seen. So you can't do any testing? She said you can take her to Urgent Care and they can do all the testing there. She really upset me. She could see I was upset. I don't care. I took my daughter in..to be seen/get help. The PA look annoyed that I asked her to do her job. Must be nice to get paid $127,266 a yr. I don't get a great pay like that. I lived paycheck to paycheck. And I paid for my family's medical insurance. Soo, don't push your patients away. Do your best! Do testing.. and DO YOUR JOB! I work in the medical field. I try to make things work for all patients. I try to make patients happy. If you don't like your job. Please step back and give it to someone who care, love their job and understand people put what little time they have...
Read moreAfter a call to 1-800 scripps it was recommended to go here for a minor concern on bottom of foot, maybe a sliver, maybe a corn I am not the DR. I made my way to location checked in and at this time was informed at desk we really don't see things like this but if I desire she will check me in. OK fine do that. I was then seen the practitioner before looking at concern ask me why do I think there is a concern,, hmm really cause it hurts and it looks abnormal , why don't you look at it . That's done then she says what do you want us to do ? . I lost it and gave choice words providing them with how I felt about her and scripps team where I was sent to . ?? Is now what do they do if they can't handle minor health concerns, maybe the give out bandaid and condoms . Really need a good look at this place and make positive change that will provide customer service in a way that a customer should have. Good luck . Advice...

No... it's because the front desk person diagnosed my son as not having a cold or flu based on a partial description of his symptoms. He is coughing, has congestion... but I couldn't get those symptoms out. I started with the fact that he can't keep food down and the check=in person with a lighted holiday necklace on said, "We don't see that here, you'll need to go to urgent care." I think some training is required... both compassion and also the ability to provide help. I'll think twice about going to the...
