Edit: I guess you could call me stupid for continuing to come here but i think i’ve finally learned; i make better, more consistent coffee.. than a coffee place.. anyway? I had to go in and have both items on my order corrected. One of them was a grande when i ordered a venti ($6.95), then my husband said it tasted weird but drank it anyway after we had it remade bc we didn’t have to have them remake it 7364637 times. Got my coffee with barely any half & half in it and i couldn’t tell if there was sweetner. That stupid iced coffee was $5.45 and it was terrible. I put a splenda in it and asked for some half and half to do it myself.. so i paid to make my own coffee i guess?
Everyone can see that Starbucks quality is dropping; the prices have skyrocketed, they’re inconsistent and it’s just not worth it anymore. It’s sad. They used to have no competition or they’d eat their competition but now there are more cafes, those cafes are consistent and you get more for your money. Have y’all ever heard of measurements?? Maybe you should try implementing them bc this quality is NOT worth the price. Not to mention 25 stars gets a “free shot” but it doesn’t. A shot is $1.25 and they take off $1 so false advertising on top of all this. Get it together.
Old review: My coffee comes out different every time and i once got a “sweet cream cold brew” that had NO cream (barista had a huge attitude when i asked nicely for the cream that should have been in it in the first place)… and every time i’ve gotten a sweet cream cold brew lately i’ve had to have them remake it bc it tastes awful and NOTHING like what it should taste like.
I dunno if they don’t know how to do inventory or don’t know how to operate the app (i’m not sure how this works for them), but they are often out of things on the app but then say they’re not out when you ask about it in the store.
And people are always smoking here or near...
Read moreIt's been a few years since I visited this Starbucks location.
It's usually got quite a few people in line at the drive up. I like to park and go inside.
It has the usual Starbucks atmosphere, which is fine. I only had a latte, so I can not rate food.
What I can say is I was sad to see the employee at the register was just not getting it that her customer ahead of me was hard of hearing.
It was hard to watch, and I didn't know how I could be helpful. I let her know afterward that I noticed that he had hearing aids on his glasses.
Just like any Starbucks,it is very noisy in there, and I know that hearing aids aren't so helpful in those situations.
And the customer certainly could have let her know he couldn't hear. But he did not.
My coffee was okay. I got a soy latte and really didn't enjoy it and ended up tossing it. It seemed off, like the milk was old? I had a time limit, so I didn't have the time to have them to have them make me another using an alternate milk.
I tend to visit locally owned coffee shops. I just wanted to give Starbucks another chance because they are down the street from me.
I will probably go to another one sometime in the future just to change the experience.
I'm sure if you get a regular milk latte, you will be...
Read morePlace an order for a decaf grande coffee at 6:54pm on 07/05/24. Once I drove to the location 10 minutes later there were two people working on the floor. There was no line inside. Checked for my mobile order, and it wasn’t there. Come to find out the drink hasn’t been made. The lady at the counter apologized and said we can make a decafe americano or do a pour over. My expectation was that once I made the request online it would get done in a timely manner. Instead come to find out, she was just talking to her co worker all this time while my drink hasn’t been started. Due to my busy schedule, I told her I’ll just get a regular coffee. Need to address this to the store manager, that whoever was working that shift partners need to respect other people’s time and have a sense of urgency with their guest. If that is not respected, and this establishment can’t even make a simple pour over request in a timely manner then, it is sad to say that this corporation I once valued being a former partner myself, has went...
