This is by the best place to get emergency food supplies. During tropical storm Imelda my family was stuck in our neighborhood because the water was way over the only bridge and it took five days for it to go down enough to drive over. During this time I saw many people risk they're vehicles, and the lives of everyone in them, to try to cross that flooded bridge. I always thought they were crazy. Why were they doing that?
