Want to have to scramble last minute to find transpiration for your wedding? BOOK THESE GUYS! We reserved a limo for or wedding party back in February for our September wedding, paid our deposit, and were just told today (in July) that they have double booked our limo and wont be providing our transportation. But oh boy, they'll "upgrade" us to a passenger van! No, absolutely not ok. We booked way ahead of time to avoid this issue, and if they double booked us after we booked they should be "upgrading" the other party. If the limo was in fact already booked when we inquired and paid our deposit, they should have told us they didn't have any limo availability. Wedding planning is stressful enough as it is without this added hassle. Their customer service is atrocious and they're incredibly unprofessional. On July 12th at 5:45 PM (in Oklahoma City) I was driving in the center lane going South on I-44 and had just passed under I-40. Three large Pinnacle buses were merging South onto I-44 in the same area. I saw the first bus change into the center lane few cars ahead of me. This prompted me keep a keen eye on the middle bus which was right next to me. Good thing I did because he started changing into my lane right on top of me. I laid on the horn, stepped on the brakes and moved over as far as I could considering the right lane was occupied. I am surprised he did not hit me. This entire incident was witnessed by the driver in the rear bus in case you wish to confirm. I wanted to hire them to pick me up after my wedding and take me down the street to my hotel at the square. They quoted me my point-to-point fee at $70+gratuity=$80. Then, I immediately received an email after they saw the pickup address was a ballroom, that doubled the fee to $160-they said this is the "wedding fee". I called and spoke to someone there that told me b/c it is a wedding, they double the fee, even though the wedding will be over, and it is the same exact distance as before.
