Overall, this is a cool little area. Good options for food and snacks. Jasper’s Hibachi Express is definitely the most popular option and have at least double, triple, or more people waiting for their food at once compared to the other food trucks. Even if Jasper’s was decent food, we won’t be back because the insane price. Spent $30 on a single meal. That’s ridiculous.

I also tried the BBQ place which was so greasy I couldn’t even grasp my phone.

There’s definitely more places we want to try. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and the service at the two particular food trucks was quick. But I wasn’t overly impressed at all from first experience. Will be back though...

Nice location with multiple food trucks. Whatever your cuisine, you can find something to eat here. It looks like they normally have seven or eight trucks with cuisine from Mexico, Asia, American. But, don't think because it's a food truck it must be really good. We tried the pupusas and my wife loved them. Thought they were one of the best she's ever had. I had a hamburger that was overcooked but fortunately had good flavor in the meat. It's nice that they have covered areas and picnic benches during the hot sun. It made it bearable but wish they had some type of ceiling fans that would help move the air. One thing that is missing...
