The main lady in the office is very kind . Now her boss he refused to give his name. Is very rude killing him with kindness doesn't work. Straight rude. Waited 2 hrs almost for a dock. Not a problem. Waited an hr to be told they not loading me. Mind you i got photos of my perfectly dry trailer that just hauled paper up there by them. What he didn't know is i have loaded that same trailer out of there pretty recently. He told me he doesn't care if the customer doesnt care if the customer gets the load. Wrong company to pickup a load, the people are very unprofessional the people in the office don't have idea who you picking for which pickup # to use or what after 30mins to figure out that they put you on side for another 2hrs to find you a door soon you come here and they have like two trucks infront of you just put your mind to rest for another 6hrs once given a door it takes another 3hrs to get you loaded Now the funny parts comes when you come back to get the paper work Another 30mins lol this guys are total joke . This place needs to hire more help. Looks like there was only one guy doing everything, including the office paperwork. It took 4 hours to load my trailer with empty paint cans and other palletized products. 2 hours max is the industry standard for loading a dry van. Also, the flat rate they pay is far less than the $2.20 per mile needed to break even in today's trucking economy. This place needs to get with the program.
