Marketplace Computers — Local services in Springfield Township

I can’t say enough positive things about my experiences with Marketplace Computers, I bought a Toshiba laptop here years ago and had a problem with it (my fault) about 6 months later and I brought it into their shop he fixed whatever I did to it when I asked how much he said “no charge, if you have any problems bring it back to me” needless to say I was both thrilled and thankful. Fast forward to just two weeks ago and my computer wouldn’t run it just lingered, I brought it back to Market Place Computers and they fixed it very reasonably. Again I was very thankful, and the owner warned me it was very old and near its end. This week the Toshiba wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, back to Marketplace I go and the owner looked at the computer and said “I’ll switch hard drives from your computer to one I have right here” again i asked “how much” his response was nothing I’m glad I could help you! If you’re considering buying a computer THIS IS THE PLACE, they’ve got very fair prices and their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. Coming from NY, this place was completely unknown to us. we got in through the back door not knowing which way to go:) A nice lady waiting in the shop open the door. Any way ! Alex & Jose were nice especially Alex since we mostly have to deal with him. I brought my pretty new laptop to get fix- Alex took care of it right the way- in less than 5 minutes we knew the problem- i visited Best Buy prior- first I have to schedule an appointment - 2nd it took them almost an hour to figure out the problem- Alex is a GEM- period- and most importantly he was very kind & respectful. Usual I read reviews -I don't write but Alex deserve 10 stars. He is genuinely a nice human being- buying a laptop was not planned but we bought one since he honestly advice to extend the warranty on my laptop and have Dell take care of it since the computer was just a year old.
