I took my dog in on the 28th of December for a ear infection she always gets they have been treating my dog for years for the past couple of times I've been there service has been HORRIBLE they charged me 160 so the next visit I told them I wanted EXACTLY everything done like LASTIME well her ear infection never cleared up so I called and the lady said they didn't give her antibiotics that's why it wasn't clearing up so I was told to ask for the manager BETHANY oh her visit was still 160 even though she wasn't given what she most needed so if she wasn't given exactly what she had the LASTIME how is my visit still 160 so I finally got a chance to talk to BETHANY and she told me I had to bring her back plus pay an additional 93 dollars ok so when I go back this new receptionist put us in a room for over a half an hour and nobody came in to see us we just sitting there all the while she's laughing and talking to everyone until there was not another car in the lot everyone had been seen and left before she even sent someone in the room so I went to complain like I've never been through anything like this here what's going on so she kept saying I'm so sorry then after waiting 45 min's some new lady comes in picks my dog up so fast and brings her right back did she even clean up my dog's ear ABSOLUTELY NOT IS THE EAR GETTING BETTER ABSOLUTELY NOT I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT BUT THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THE CARE OF YOUR ANIMAL IM NEVER GOING BACK THEY HAVE GOT ME AND MY MONEY LONG ENOUGH I RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR DOG SOMEWHERE THAT CARES BECAAAUUUUSSSEEEE THIS PLACE HAS LOST ITS LOVE AND IT'S ALL ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY NOT CURING YOUR DOG IM SO HURT AND UPSET HOW IVE BEEN TREATED IN THAT PLACE NEVER AGAIN AND I MEAN NEVER AND IVE BEEN A LONGTIME CUSTOMER AMD WE WILL NOT BE BACK...

I took my mom's sick dog there and everything including blood work to figure out what is wrong with him was 140 dollars which was no problem. My mother called to see if the results were back and she was told they didn't take blood because they said I refused it which was bs because my mother was on the phone with me when they said what they were doing and how much it cost. So my mom had to set another appointment because he is still sick and they were trying to charge her almost 200 for the same blood work they were supposed to do the first visit. My mother is on a fixed income and after paying for the first visit plus the charges for the 2nd visit and the new medicine she cannot afford to have his blood work done yet and he is not getting any better with the medication they gave him the 2nd time and I can't even find another vet that is not booked for 2 weeks and I am not sure if he is going to make it that long. My heart is broken for my mother her dogs are her life and we are stuck and its horrible watching a dog suffer all because they lied about blood work. It is like they are not treating the animals right so they have to keep bringing them back to get that money for the office visit plus whatever bogus treatments they come up with. Read moreHorrible, unprofessional experience. I was given no choice but to go to this vet due to it being a Sunday. My poor cat hadn't peed in 2 days so I rushed him to TLC hoping to find answers. I have never been to a vet clinic where I've had to pay the office fee upfront, $75 because it was Sunday. The lady vet was very knowledgeable but dressed as though she was running late for drinks with a friend. She was wearing a crop top t-shirt and jeans hair in a messy bun. No scrubs or white coat. She presented us with a surgical procedure costing me $1800 which could have increased if my cat needed to stay another night. I was not offered another solution. I had to ask if there was another option or if he could receive medications instead. The tech then went and got the meds but before giving them I had to sign a waiver saying I was refusing the surgical procedure. I left there disappointed but hoped that the meds they gave my cat would help. Boy was I wrong. Fast forward to another 24 hours and my cat still had NOT peed. I prayed he would make it just a few more hours so that I could call his regular vet.
I got him in right away Monday morning and they took him and said he needed to be unblocked. I asked them if this was the the surgical procedure the previous vet at the other clinic had suggested. The vet on Monday said that since it was his first blockage they usually don't recommend the big surgery until the cat has blocked a few more times.
