I recently visited Skyline Pleasant Run and had an outstanding experience that I can't wait to share! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the employees, which set the tone for a wonderful dining experience.

The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the restaurant. It's evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining a tidy and inviting atmosphere. Everything from the tables to the condiments was spotless, making me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit.

Now, let’s talk about the food! Skyline is well-known for its delicious offerings, and this location did not disappoint. I ordered their famous chili, which was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and every bite was pure satisfaction. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that I left fully satisfied.

What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service. The employees were attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. Oh my sweet Jesus!!! I just left the drive through and it was the worst experience I ever had. The young lady that took my order was so rude and disrespectful to me, because she didn’t hear my order correctly. I asked to speak to the manager and she was even worse. The manager told me I didn’t say it because she also have on a headset as well. I told the manager that young lady didn’t have to talk to me that way nor throw my food in the bag after I repeated my order to her twice on the intercom. I would have paid for my extra coney, it’s the way the young lady addressed me. Then the manager started hollering at me saying she will address the issue and asked if there was anything else. I truly see that establishments have forgotten about customer satisfaction and better yet respect for their customers. I never felt more disrespected in my life, my kids even asked did she have to start screaming and yelling like that way. We were trying to spend more money with them. I told them I’ll just take the $40 dollars I just spent to Krogers and save $20 dollars and make our own coneys. I truly hope the owner(s) doesn’t know that their establishment is being represented in this way and that have lost one of their locals after...

I was having a really bad night on 10/24/2024. It was around 9/10pm, and i was hungry, so I stopped at skyline when I ordered, i asked for onions because I love the onions. When I got all the way home, I realized I didn't get my onions, so I called about some onions. Yes, I know that's very petty 🤣 well, at the time, I didn't feel it was petty, to me it felt like bad things kept happening that night because I was already having a bad night. Well, anyway, a lady named Liz answered, and she listened to me b** about some damn onions, and she told me she would bring the onions to my house. I thought she was being funny, so I gave her the address, and I kid you not, this lady brought the onions to my house 😳. She went out her way to bring me some onions 🤦🏾‍♀️ i felt so bad because it was so petty of me to have that lady go out her way to bring me some onions. Thank you, Liz, because even though my day was stressful, you put a smile on my face. I pray you are very blessed with everything you ever wanted and to stay the beautiful person that you are.
