9/13/2025: My almost 5-year old Dell AIO Inspiron had constant problems, so I decided to have Cliff build a new custom computer for me dedicated to my needs for word processing, accounts management, and large storage (I'm not a gamer). I picked it up today, and it's visually beautiful. It has a riot of colors to entertain me visually, and a 32" monitor with brilliant, sharp images that can display two full pages of text for word processing and editing with additional information on either side. It's speed is amazing, and it's water cooled so it won't have the heat problem of my Dell. It wasn't inexpensive, but so far it seems well worth the money.

8/28/2025: Computer wouldn't print; apparently couldn't connect to the printer. Called Cliff: 10 minutes later all was good. Simply the best!

4/4/2025: For some unexplained reason, the printer with my computer stopped printing, and then a message came on the screen that there was no printer for the computer. I tried everything I knew to try to reinstall it; nothing worked. I called Cliff, and in a few minutes he had the printer reinstalled, connected properly, and printing. Computer Mechanix should be your computer service company.

I don't have many computer problems, but whenever I do, I can count on Computer Mechanix to fix the problem promptly and expertly. This is THE place to go for all your computer needs. A++++++++!

9/26/2023: Another call to Cliff and problem was quickly solved. I'm back online. Amazing service. If you aren't using Computer Mechanix, why not? Best investment for computer service.

11/27/2023: Multiple problems with my computer. Took it to Cliff's workshop, and he quickly solved my problems. Great service as usual.

2/10/2024: My wife, Laura, has two older Ipads, neither of which was working properly. She made an appointment and took them to Cliff. He checked them out; the 10-year old one was pretty much dead, but he could recycle it. The other he cleaned up, but Laura chose to purchase a new one with a case, a major upgrade. Cliff gave her a good deal, she'll return later this spring to purchase a new laptop. Cliff also consolidated our two accounts -- service contracts -- so they're now in sync and come due at the same time. If you need help with your computer or want a new one, Computer Mechanix -- locally owned -- is the place to go.

10/25/2024: My computer wasn't working, and Cliff diagnosed it over the phone as a defective keyboard. I drove over with it, and he replaced it with a totally cool RED keybard and mouse that work much better than my original Dell keyboard, and the price was reasonable. Another A++...

We used Cliff at Computer Mechanix to work on our computer at our church last year. He updated our computer, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. We also went with his protection plan, and when we needed help he was immediately there for us. This was very, very important since we were in the middle of church services! We had bought a new computer from one of those big box stores about 3 years ago for our home, and our 3 year agreement had just expired this month. In those 3 years that we had to call them we ALWAYS had to wait for a callback which was within 1 hour, sometimes a little longer. What we didn't like was waiting around the house for the callback when we had other things to do or places to go... We had good success with Cliff at our church, so we decided to go again with him, plus my wife got a fantastic laptop from him at a reasonable price, and she loves it! Just today we were having an issue printing a document. We tried everything we knew to fix it with no success, so we decided to give Cliff a call since we were on his protection plan. He IMMEDIATELY answered the phone! No voice prompts, call back within 1 hour, etc. He listened to our concerns and had us up and printing immediately! He is very professional yet personal, and we highly recommend Cliff and Computer Mechanix.
