I bought a prepaid phone from this place which costs 30$ and somehow they charged me 42$! Then I tried to make a phone call and I was getting the voice that my balance is zero! I went back to fix it. They tried to call the customer service and no luck. So I decided to return it. Then other girl who works there realized they charged me more than what they were supposed to. The whole process of returning took an hour after calling the manager on the phone which was ridiculous! I asked the girl does this usually take this long to return while she was on the computer and other guy on the phone with the manager, she acted as if she hadn't heard me. Just few feet from me. So impolite and disrespectful! When I got out of the store they called me again to go back because they thought I had taken their phone. Another disrespectful thing! They had the phone in their hand. Are you serious? You guys don't even know how the phones look like and you thought I tool that phone? Unbelievable! And after that no apologies nothing and I left the store. This new strip mall has a pleasing architecture and layout. Added many more food/restaurant choices, including The Pub inside the Wegman's. Added a BBQ, Tex-Mex, and Chinese to the fast food lineup. A sports bar and sit down bar and BBQ restaurant round out the food choices. Cell phone services and a gym are among the many smaller businesses. The design lays out the shops and businesses along a walking avenue. This is now trendy in the Mid-Atlantic for newer mall design. However, it limits parking to a few spaces. When our condo added Wegmans to our shuttle shopping schedule, most of us we're thrilled to have access to the grocery chain rated number one in the country. Wegmans brand dairy products, cleaning supplies and paper products are very reasonably priced, especially when online coupons are used. The bakery is excellent and the array and quality of the wines and cheeses are hard to beat. The pub is okay for a snack or quick lunch. There are still shuttle bus riders who vehemently oppose the Wegmans stop. As far as I can tell, not one of them has ever set foot in the store....
