Sweet Leaf Cannabis — Local services in Springfield

This was the second dispensary I've tried since it's been legal, it was way better than Megs Marijuana and I ended up spending about $2000 over the course of a couple months. The people were mostly friendly and the pot was acceptable. I got an eighth of "Kenzie Kush" on my last visit and it was the most scraggly, dry and stemmy weed that I've even seen in about 5 years. This was on their "Premium Shelf" for about $45 for my eighth. I came back the next day and Lucas was really cool about it he offered to exchange it for whatever else I wanted. Then this heavy set guy with really bad Psoriasis (probably from drinking based on his awful attitude) comes over and says I have to exchange it for the EXACT SAME BUD. He knew I spend a lot of money there regularly and treated me like crap. I could tell he made his coworkers uncomfortable with how unreasonable he was being over a small amount of weed. I was shaking with rage, I spent so much money at this place and this guy made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I came in to buy a quarter of something else instead I walked out saying "I'd never be back" and I won't be back and I won't recommend this place to anyone ever. What this guy doesn't understand is he could have made me happy and made an extra $5000 a year off me instead he just lost a customer. Stoners are amazing people but this guy was a drunk. Alright guys, your my go to but tonight was not cool. I have been going to your dispensary every single week on Friday for years. I work 12 hr shifts on Fridays here and there and tonight was one of those nights. I’m out of medicine and have another 12 hr shift tomorrow. First thing I want to do is go see my dudes down at my fav spot and my LOCAL spot, I show up and walk in hoping to be treated like a loyal customer. I explain that I had to work a 12 hr shift (still in my uniform) and need to buy several carts and if there was any chance of getting hit with the discount. Dude working looked at me like I was absolutely crazy for even asking. Let me break it down…. I have been a loyal customer for years, and some of us work sun up to sun down, and that doesn’t change that we still want to come to YOUR shop, after a long day at work. Why make the daily sale end at 4 or 7? Some of us rely on your dispo for our medication needs. Being sent away after a 12 hr shift with no meds was not a great feeling what so ever. Especially when you guys know my face and know I see you every Friday. There’s to many dispos to choose from and I chose you. Staff is great, that's not where the problem lies. Or perhaps it is because they don't know, or haven't tried what a good product actually is? BUT regardless, this is not the first time the product has disappointed me to such an extreme at this location. The Tailgaters Cone which is supposed to be equivalent to the Cavi-cone, was unsatisfactory to say the very least. It was incredibly dark, black even. Not sticky, no crystals, hardly a smell, stems for days, so dry, flakey and no potency. Not worth more then $10, and it's definitely worth the extra money for a better product! I was told that the Tailgaters cone was the same as the Cavi-cone, but cheaper. Cheaper in more ways then one, and I found out why! The first time I got crappy product, benefit of the doubt... Next time, maybe I was unlucky. But third time in a row and its gets old. I've been to other places with less product and still have a better result.
