UPDATE: The service has SUPER gone downhill and after my family and I'd terrible service and food tonight we will NOT be back. Our last three visits have been bad. Maybe it's time to train your staff. REALLY good burgers and exceptionally good french fries which are made with real potatoes. The night I went they seemed to be down a person so it’s really not fair to say it took a long time to be served and that half the booths needed to be reset. The employees were busting their rear ends and were very polite despite the fact that they were super “in the weeds” (extremely busy and behind). I will be back and will be a regular customer cause that was a dang good burger.

Giant Burger has giant burger selections for every pallet, with tasy fries, and rich and creamy milkshakes to wash it all down with. Their seating area is also very comfortable, and they have a slot machine room, they serve a wide variety of beer and cider selections. Their parking lot has trailer parking, and is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately though, their Google call button dosnt work, you have to use their alternative number. Service here is good, but it always seems like they are understaffed because they always seem in a rush. Definitely a good place to check out for a tasteful meal!

Giant Burger is a "Giant" in the burger world. You can't go wrong with any item from the large economically priced menu selection. Fresh local beef with fresh produce, real hand cut French fries and local Umpqua ice cream shakes and ice cream treats The Krusty Burger is my favorite with garlic fries and homemade fry sauce. Krusty Burger: crispy ,beer battered burger topped with meaty choice of cheese, fresh leaf lettuce, tomato, Mayo, mustard, red onion on a butter grilled bun. Delectable, delicious, cravable and doesn't last long on my plate!!! Run, don't walk to Giant burger.

I'm a bit blown away by the reviews. There's a sign when you first walk in, it reads "Seat Yourself" and I do. It's tiny, like a dozen tables... of course there's only two waitresses. This is a burger joint... it's going to be greasy. Yes, it's a bit spendy... if you want cheap burgers, fries, and a shake... go to McDonald's. The bathroom is a bit awkward, but it was clean and it worked. I've never had the fries, so I can't comment. I always get the chips and they're OMG perfect. Crisp and crunchy but not hard. The burgers are greasy as hell and I kind of hate soggy bread, so I tend to hold mine, from start to finish, so that the grease drips into my basket. The shakes are spendy, but delish. The menu offers some really interesting burgers and I'm pretty sure my fiancé is determined to try them all. It's always a little clowded... sometimes a little loud. And ya might have to wait a minute for a refill, but staff has always been friendly and seemed to be trying their best... maybe I'm just not a jerk... I give 4 stars... cuz I'm an optimist... every thing...

Clearly these two people have little knowledge on food. These "REAL french fries" that Brandy is talking DON'T exist. They are crinkle cut fries...so if you like pre-frozen french fries you'll probably love these guys. You can't make fresh crinkle cut fries...the time it would take to manage that would be out standing. So if you know a place that can manage it, SHOW me. The service does suck like the person at the bottom said. Basically ignored my wife, daughter and I. The meat is basic ground beef you can get at winco. Its not even grilled or anything special. Just cooked on a flat top. If your a easily impressed eater and don't mind spending $8 or $10 for ONE meal go here.....for those who want cheaper, better food, better atmosphere, better service, and maybe even glass of home made root beer.....right down the street is a place called "Fins Drive In". Thats the...

My parents were making a quick stop to visit me here in Springfield and wanted to go to a burger place for lunch before they made the trip back down to California. I was a little nervous because I didn't know of any good burger places in the area, and my mother has an extremely severe poultry allergy (so, that includes anything with eggs too) so it's always a gamble taking her somewhere new.

The service was friendly, it wasn't busy so we got our orders pretty quick, everything tasted amazing (especially the garlic fries), and unlike some places, they actually listened when my mom requested no mayonnaise or special sauces on her burger so she wouldn't get sick. All in all, it was an awesome lunch and they said they wanted to go here again next time they come through, and now I also have a great go-to burger place now. :)...
