Winchester Liquors — Local services in Springfield

I am only giving this one star because I have to otherwise I won’t be able to post. That whole plaza is a disaster and since I can’t complain to the owner personally I’m posting this comment. The property manager of that plaza is a joke and doesn’t take his position serious. He has 2 old men that are brothers working. They can’t even handle a 5 year old much less a plaza full of ppl. Those 2 old men aren’t even wanted in that plaza, they are too old. This property manager doesn’t take measures to ensure the safety of the businesses or its customers. He’s lousy as a property manager and deserves to be stripped...
