I shopped at the Ivan Smith Springhill, LA. location. A gentleman named Mr. Reginald Markray waited on me. Mr. Markray was knowledgeable of the furniture, products and financing options. The whole process was quick and easy. I was comfortable, staff was polite, welcoming and knowledgeable which made the whole process of purchasing easy and painless. The two gentleman that delivered my furniture are a fantastic team, cordial and worked well together. The delivery was quick, smooth and despite the fact I live in a manufactured home with sketchy temporary steps the gentleman got my furniture in with ease and no damage whatsoever which was hard to do so they are truly masters of their craft which is to be applauded. It is upsetting to buy what you think is a nice piece of furniture and it not even last 3 years. My daughter LOVES her bed and we are going to have to replace it because the bottom has buckled underneath and now the drawers are falling off. They just do NOT make furniture like they used to. We are not happy with the quality of the furniture from Ivan Smith and will not be buying again. I called the store and one year warranty only. Furniture should last longer than 1 year. 🤦‍♀️

This is a great place to shop! Up to date furnishings and great payment plans. Marti, Kim, Reginald and the other employees are an awesome team. I feel right at home at Ivan Smith. Reggie is my personal salesman. He’s a wonderful person and always helps me find a great selection of furniture. Today I purchased a beautiful sofa and end table set that I actually had overlooked.
