I’ve taken some time to reflect after my second appointment, and I wanted to be honest about my experience.

Before the first visit, I sent you photos and trusted your professional opinion when you recommended the Face Reality line which I purchased. You also advised monthly facials at $100 to support my skin, so I committed to making the trip out expecting a full, professional treatment.

But both monthly facial appointments following my face reality consult lasted under 15 minutes, with only brief peels and two extractions total across both visits, despite my face having significant congestion that I made clear from the start. The facial was also listed on the website as a hour long service. The services felt extremely rushed, and to be honest, it came across like the main priority was selling the product line not actually helping improve my skin.

Given the time, money, and trust I’ve put into this process, I’m really disappointed and won’t be returning. I’m sharing this not to be harsh, but in the hope that it encourages a more transparent and client centered approach moving forward. Future clients deserve the time and care...

Ms. Savoy is absolutely the best at what she does! I’ve had Brazilian, eyebrows and facial waxing and under arm exploitation done by her. Each time was pleasant. She has a wealth of knowledge so our conversations are always interesting.
