Go here if you want to place an order over the phone and then arrive to pick up your food and be upcharged! Disgusting!! And the lady tried to tell me that $8.95 order has now gone up to $14.95 and there is nothing she can do bc they have to pay for oil and it’s very expensive. Ok ma’am understandable, we are in a recession and under high inflation however; she then says also that menu you have in your hand is old we have new menus. I said ok, where are they because how can you increase the price without informing the customers. She then says, the menus are $1000 for 500 menus like, ok BUY THEM!! Don’t rob me then try to make poor excuses for why you are robbing me!! I then asked her if I can have one of the “NEW” menus and she says they don’t have any. I said, ok so you are really just charging people what you want to charge them. She said No, I have one right here so I know the price. You can’t make this up! Anywhoo, if you want subpar “Chinese Food and to get robbed at the same time, eat here. These people are disgusting and FYI, I never see any delivery trucks so what kind of meat are they really...
Read moreMy family and I just left! When we got there, the host was nice and had great customer service. The food was good but most of it was cold, I know it would have been better had it been fresh! The place was super clean! However, my boyfriend accidentally wasted his drink and I’m not sure if this lady was the owner or what, but she was very rude about the situation. My boyfriend was offering to clean it up and she told him “move just move”. When I stated that she didn’t have to speak to him in that way, she said she’d move us to another table. By then we already agreed to just pay and leave due to the disliking of her customer service. She then told us not to worry about paying and that we could go. Beyond that incident the place has potential. They should just work on better customer service and swapping...
Read moreWe had a good lunch here. The service was impeccable. The place was clean and nicely decorated. They have the best peanut chicken I've ever had. There's sushi on the bar. The dessert selection was awesome, the ice cream especially so. They have several different types, ranging from ice cream to pop sickles and ice cream sandwiches.
The only complaint we have was the price. It cost $33 plus a tip for two buffets, a soda, and a water. We ate around 1pm, and the food seemed to have been sitting out for a while. Neither of us mind paying this price for dinner or for fresh food. It isn't unusual for buffets to serve leftovers to the lunch crowd, and that's why...
