Subway — Restaurant in Spruce Pine

Went in there to get to-go food and there was a person getting a sandwich made and one other customer in front of us. One guy was making sandwiches. Then one guys was acting like he was wiping th counter down while giving the guy making sandwiches more stuff to do. We stood there for about 8 to 10 mins and now there were more customers behind us plus one in front of us. Then a girl came from the back she started telling the customer in front of us that they were pretty much out of all the meats. After standing for that long and the one guy doing nothing we were all mad and walked out. The guy doing nothing could have told us when we walked in and we might would have come back there to eat. We ordered our food off the app. My family got a total of 3 subs. One was supposed to be flat bread and it was white instead. Not too big of an issue. The lady behind the counter was not friendly. She huffed at us when we told her we needed our cups that came with our meals. We get over to the drink fountain where the floor is insanely sticky. We then got our fountain drinks which tasted terrible. Maybe something was wrong with the machine. When I went over to mention to the worker, there was no one to be seen. This location is hit or miss. We visit often but are frequently disappointed. They run out of nearly everything early in the day and doesnt seem to have any more ingredients. They have ran out of numerous choices of bread and toppings. Meatballs are usually the first to go as well as every bread except for white bread. The staff consisted of high school kids with no one over 18 years old. Seems like they just tend for themselves with no concern for customers. I would rather go without food than risk planning on this...
