I shopped here for the first time today and believe me, I will always give credit where it’s due however, my experience here was not good. There was little to no customer service. I walked in, no greeting. I did not feel welcome, like it was an annoyance that I was there looking around. The energy felt a bit uncomfortable. I debated on getting anything because of this experience but, I did end up purchasing 3 stones that just got put loosely into a bag without being wrapped or anything protective and there was no interaction at the counter. I will say, the selection was pretty cool but, the lack of service and funky energy wasn’t anything that would make me want to go back. Had to update my review after a few more visits. Most of the girls working there can be quite snobby and rude. They discriminate against who they want to be welcoming to. The Energy inside is not comforting. When I asked questions about a certain rock, they told me the wrong identity of the it, which I did not correct her, I let her dig her own hole, pretending she knew more about every rock and treating me dumb for askng a simple question. They are also REALLY BAD at getting the correct price and will overcharge you every time if you don't pay attention. The owner is quite rude as well. She has been trying to take advantage of a good friend of mine who is elderly with health problems and owns a rock shop in Wyoming. This was such an amazing shop. Gorgeous and unique items around every corner. The shop is large, and there is so much to see, not just gems but so many other small and large items as well, with everything in between. The displays are organized and well designed with great lighting, and with several items I've never seen before! I was very impressed and highly recommend checking this place out. The quality of everything was also impressive, and pricing is very reasonable as well. This is just off the highway, so won't add mileage to your trip, but I would travel quite a ways to revisit this place.
