This place is DELICIOUS!! I stopped by for the first time today to try it out as I recently became gluten free (I saw some reviews as well as a menu that mentioned they had gluten free as an option. The person working the truck said everything but the egg rolls were gluten free!)and it did not disappoint. I ordered a single teriyaki chicken with broccoli, carrots, and cabbage. My wife and I visited while in Rexburg. I was blown away with the quality, flavor, and value. I was definitely not expecting this level of quality Thai food in Rexburg. At the owner's recommendation, I had the traditional size Garlic Pepper Pork and my wife had the single size Ginger, Coconut, Walnut. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the amount of food. We also tried the Street Sauce (hot sauce), which was complex with just the right amount of heat. I loved it. This has become a must stop when I come to Rexburg! It’s so nice to find somewhere allergen friendly that is so delicious everyone I’m with wants to eat it too!
