Disgusting Business Practices! Sleazy Salesmen! I would encourage you to look elsewhere for your RV needs. There are plenty of other reputable choices in the area. We unfortunately made the mistake of buying a used travel trailer from this location.They just feed you lies after lies. We purchased a travel trailer and they tell you that before you take it off of the lot they "guarantee" everything is in working order, as their service dept checks everything . We went up to bring the trailer home after we had paid about a month earlier and upon our final walk through we found so many issues, we couldn't even take it home that day. There were leaks and none of the cosmetic fixes we requested as part of the sale were done. We even joked with the salesman if anyone had even looked at it. At the time, we felt this to be a joke, but now we know the truth to that is that no one did look at it. For us it was an hr drive each way. So finally about a month and multiple calls, texts, etc later it was ready to take home with the leak fixed and the cosmetic updates made. Upon getting it home, we discovered that the electronic jack was completely shot and the battery was dead. Both of which we didn't realize during the walk through as the trailer was hooked up to electricity. Also, the toilet valve was shot, so we ended up with water all over the floor during our first day of use and a trip to a local RV center to buy a replacement part. Pleasureland was not willing to make any of this right, as we bought this "as is". Although when they state we guarantee everything is in working order, we'd assume "as is" would mean everything is in working order, as guaranteed by the sales person and manager multiple times. After throwing a lot more money into our travel trailer than anticipated, we do love it, but we would never visit this location again, as the salespeople and management are just there to make a sale and do not care about their customers. I rented a class A RV from from pleasure land RV center in Saint cloud 1st time I ever rendered a classA RV. We took a 3 week trip to California from Minnesota fun fun fun we had on the way we had some minor hiccups in the RV You call pleasure land and they get right back to you I mean immediately with the solution Lucian it was unbelievable that made our trip even better. Going in there initially defined the motor home that was best for us well it was just a wonderful experience customer service was just extraordinary the cleanliness of the whole office area and the show room was just spot on beautiful everybody was friendly nice and helpful It was a very nice experience the 2nd time when I picked up my motor home they were even nicer they were they showed me everything they were very We're not in a hurry they weren't hurrying you out of there to get to the next person or to get to do and something else they wanted to make sure that you were comfortable and that you understood the motor home and any concerns you had they were there to take take care of them and that's what they do there at pleasure land RV center babysitter I just can't say enough about their customer service up their customer service and the rental department their phenomenal as well so nice Show a accommodating spot on perfect. And when I returned the motor home it was just as easy to return it that it was to pick it up. So for me being a first time 1st time RV renter . I bought a camper here in late October to Early November. The camper was already Winterized so I was not able to test the water system. Fast Forward to late April I took the camper out for the first time, some where not to far, to test all the systems and make sure everything worked right before we took it somewhere far. Unfortunately I did have a problem with the water system. the water pump would kick on and off ever 15 seconds to repressurize the system, the valve on the toilet leaked, and the Kitchen faucet seemed like it might be clogged with debris as it was very low pressure.

After doing some research and taking the water system apart I discovered there were bits of plastic, from screw holes from the manufacturing process that were all over the system. This was a used camper and I'm not sure why the previous owner never got this fixed as they had purchased it brand new. Figuring I was out of luck, I replaced the valves, and pump myself and was going to replace the faucet but then decided to contact Pleasure Land about my issues. I live 6+ hours away so taking the camper to the dealer was not really an option for me.

I was blown away by there customer service, I knew I was past there 30 day warranty and figured they probably wouldn't do much for me but figured it didn't hurt to ask. They went above my expectations. They shipped me a new faucet for the kitchen sink, as well as covered the cost that I had paid to replace the water pump and toilet valve (after i showed them a receipt). They did not jerk me around or make me take it anywhere to get inspected. They simply took me at my word and made it right. I know in this day that's pretty rare so I very much appreciate the great...
