Hello, last night I was at Paw América, I am a client. I had not even had VAT for months and suddenly last night he came to sell one of my chains and when I went to the employee on duty he told me that my chain was not gold, he was wearing two gold 14's and he told me that The other one was gold 10 when I bought that one from them but they sold it to me as 14. I left the place disappointed I went to another sale and the chains were both gold 14 I decided to return with the documents so they could give me an explanation from that employee and the manager on duty behaved in a racist manner, I did not understand the reasons for not accepting the customer's complaint, I did not complain or give a memo to the employee, what that manager did was let me know that they sell gold 10 the same as gold 14 when clearly each gold has its own number and its different value, I don't know what is happening here but strange things are happening. My mother bought a chain months ago and it didn't turn out to be gold. I called the chief manager of this town in Saint Cloud so that my situation doesn't remain like this, they didn't even respect it. I purchased a used slim Playstation 2, paired with a bundle of necessary cords for 70 dollars, which had a playstation 1 controller resting on top. When brought to the register, it was paired with another controller, an actual Playstation 2 controller, which was in the bag of cords underneath the system.

I didn't expect much, considering how often businesses like this operate, but upon arrival at home, I decided to check if the system worked. The clearly visible Playstation 1 controller works like a perfect, yet somewhat sticky, charm, but to my dismay, the Playstation 2 controller was not even poorly working, but had been cut clean through with a box cutter.

Knowing how cheap a business like Pawn America is, I figured it would not be worth a 15 minute return trip to be told by people that know that they have sold me a defective product that it is somehow my fault or that I am trying to scam them if I would have wasted my time to come back. Check your items carefully if you purchase from a business like this, because it is always profit over all. I wish I was surprised by how poorly my experience was, but it is nothing new for this location.

On top of that, I spent much of my time waiting to be acknowledged by any of the three team members chatting between themselves behind the register. I’ve been in quite a few times to buy jewelry within the last few weeks. Julie has been great every time I go in there! She’s a great asset to Pawn America! Definitely feel like she deserves to be recognized! I wouldn’t let that one go if she worked for my company! She provides great customer service and is very friendly. May I add she really knows her stuff! All of that is hard to find now days! When I went there last night to purchase a beautiful morganite necklace I had been eyeing up for a while, Maxwell helped me. He took the time to discuss the necklace with me and answered all of the questions thoroughly that I hadn’t asked the first time I saw it. Julie helped me the first time! So I dealt with both of them regarding the necklace. I got off work late so didn’t get there until close to closing time to pick it up. I did not once feel rushed out of that store.
