The Visit Greater St Cloud office and staff helped our organization host our District-wide Zonta International conference, drawing participants from a 7-state district with over 18 clubs. Support included finding accommodations, helping us with promotion, helping develop activities after the meetings to get our members to engage in the local community, its businesses and activities, and providing on-site technical support. Actually this office helped up plan 3 meetings, one that we had planned to be held in person in St Cloud, but was cancelled as an in-person meeting because of COVID closures to our first (and only) completely ZOOM meeting (very successful) to then helping us coordinate the 2023 in person conference. Visit Greater St Cloud was an essential partner to our most recent gathering in St. Cloud. They helped us put together welcome bags for our guests, helped sponsor our event, and volunteered onsite with us the day of the event. They let us drop off supplies ahead of time for the welcome bags and their staff but together 200 bags with their welcome materials and our giveaway items. Guests really enjoyed them!
