WARNING: They sell defective products. I have all BRAND "NEW" tires on my Mercedes truck, I discovered one tire almost flat when i was leaving one of my stores. I pass up 3 tire shops to do business with a place that I referred many clients to. They said i had a nail in my tire. When i ask to see it i was denied. 12 days later my employee inform me my tire was getting low. I called and stop by shop. The lady was unreasonable I even offered to pay the cost to remove tire and she said if the plug was bad I still have to pay $17 and then she explain the 7 day warranty and she don't care what I think because they've been in business for 30 years with many satisfied customers I just went back to Zisser and discover the tire wasnt plug correctly is anyone who's read this don't put your family at risk don't do business with this company it is a shame when you try to support a black-owned business they treat...

I have been coming to this tire place for 10 years with no problems. I had a slow leak in my two front tires after coming back from Memphis. I took my car to them for a patch. After that for the last 4 months I have had nails mysteriously show up in my passenger side left tire and like an idiot went back to them to repair them. This past Saturday 3/15/2025 I went and bought a NEW (used) tire drove it to my daughters house and parked it over night. The next morning tire sensor goes off again. My daughter takes it to them and low and behold two new nails in the same tire. i dont believe for one minute this is a coincidence and now I am convinced they are doing something to my tire.
