Bbellanique Hair studio — Local services in Stafford

I have gotten my hair done twice by the owner and operator of this establishment Brittany. I will say I was pleased with the services rendered. I have not used her services in quite a while now. There are two hairdresser’s I know named Brittany whom have styled my hair. I have them both saved in my cellphone contacts as Brittany. To make an extremely long story short my son got married this year on 01/27/24. I set up an appointment with the other Brittany not this one. I sent $25 as a deposit early January not realizing I sent it to the wrong Brittany. It wasn’t until the day of the wedding when I got my hair done that the other Brittany stated she did not receive payment for her services. That’s when it dawned on me I had Zelled the wrong Brittany. I called this Brittany and informed her of my mistake. She did agree to send me back what I sent that day. However she refused to send me back the initial deposit. Stating that deposit were non-refundable when booking on the business website. However I never booked on her website. She even stated that site was closed because she was away on vacation. She responded with a nice/nasty text and told me to have a nice day. That really bothered me it was the principal of the matter not the money. It really revealed to me her character and her integrity. I never bothered to respond to her, as I had a lot on my plate already with the passing of my father on 01/24/24 and still having to show up at my son’s wedding and play my part. I am extremely disappointed to say the least in how she handled the situation. Hence this review. I cannot patronized women who cannot do honest business. My suggestion is do honest business and God will bless the works...

I haven’t gotten a retwist in about 3 months due to active in my career. The crazy thing is when you don’t look for something it always find you. I was approached by Miss Blu. Once she told me she did locs I was immediately interested. Man when I tell you Miss Blu made my entire experience a one to remember.... The expertise and professionalism along side with the down to earth vibe is something you would only think existed in movies. Miss Blue washes, twist, and lines you up. I am a new client of BbellaNique Hair Studio. Today, was my second visit with stylist/owner Brittany. I had an excellent experience each visit. The shampoo, deep conditioning (and protein treatment), silk press left my hair soft, with a lot of body and healthy. The customer service is great!! Brittany cares about hair health which is extremely important to me. I absolutely love her work as she takes great pride in doing a phenomenal job. I will definitely be a frequent flyer of this salon/hair studio.
