came yesterday to purchase 2 kolache's and two glassed donuts with sprinkles the black lady with the mask help me, first of all this lady doesn't pay attention to customer I didn't finish my order, and she walk off without me finishing my order, then she came back I told her I wanted two glassed donuts with sprinkles then she ask me if I wanted them with or without springle she clearly doesn't listen or she got hearing problems. I also notice when I got to my office this lady overcharged me, she charged me for an extra kolache. So, I called to speak to her and the person who answer the phone said I will have to go in the morning because she was gone for the day.
I went the following day; I took the receipt, and I told her that she charged me extra for a kolache the nerve of her said are you sure you didn't have 3 instead of two first of all I ordered two Kolaches If I would've had 3 why waste my time going over there, but since I got overcharged I'm not going to just give my money like that when I didn't get that extra Kolache from her. Secondly, she wants to go back and forth with me that I needed to call when I realized that she overcharged me. I told her that she needs to check people order before she charges people because that's her job, she got a simple job, and she can't do that then that location has a problem with this lady. I also told her she needs to work on Customer service because honestly doesn't have it. I won't be going to this location it seems like other customer been having same issues with this lady and nothing has been done to make things better, y'all keep this lady who is not competent to do her job and keep losing customer because of her bad...
Read moreThe service has been awful the last few times I've been here. The cashier didn't speak when I got up to the register. She didn't say thank you when the transaction was complete AND she put my card on the counter instead of my hand. If you can take it from my hand, you can put it back in my hand. I understand COVID and flu season is here, but you've already touched it from my hand when you took it, so any germs I had put on the card, you already have on your hand! When I pointed everything out, she didn't even apologize! So I'm not sure if I'll be coming back to this location. And on top of everything...my order was wrong!!!
More information: I was contacted about this review and asked to give more information about it on their website ( or whatever you'd call it. But I did it online). I was sent a few coupons for free donuts. But I wasn't allowed to use them at the 3 different locations, including this one, I tried redeeming them. So it's yet another bad experience with this franchise. I give up. I'll be going to the local, family owned donut shop in my neighborhood...
Read moreI bought half a dozen of sausage and cheese kolaches, at least that was what I thought i got until I got home and only 1 was sausage and the rest was ham and cheese. I called back to let them know that my order was wrong. They told me to bring it back, and I told them I can't because am no where close to the store. And the person I spoke to sounded Chinese, so she said come back tomorrow for a replacement. I went there the next day, and the black lady that actually sold me the wrong order was there. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she had cost me, she started to argue with me. I didn't appreciate it, because I am also a manager at a restaurant, and if any of my employees was rude like that to a customer with complaints, they will be fired...
