Have always paid on time and forgot to do a payment bc I've been dealing with family death and going through a stressful time, missed 1 payment and the cycle month wasn't over, and the disconnected my water and didn't waive a fee (which that wasn't all), I had contraction workers at my house and need water and they couldn't contacted their workers to reconnect since they needed water to do their job.
