Had a very unique and wonderful experience. We brought a house recently and needed furniture for the entire house. We didn't know exactly what we wanted and had spent more than a month visiting all the big chain stores. Thankfully, we were able to get what we loved after visiting Universal Furniture.

The owner spent hours helping us looking through the store as well as looking through all of his distributors catalogs and after spending a lot of time and with genuine effort and guidance from his side, we were finally able to select furniture for our entire house.

At each stage, he was able to tell us about the company, their products as well as the materials for the furniture. It definitely helped us avoid any duds and paying for something that could have been short lived. We really appreciated his input and also some discounts he had added towards the end.

Delivery was prompt and installation was fast as well as done safely without damaging the new furnitures that we had ordered.

He helped us assess which furniture would work best for us. Selecting a mattress is also challenging and he helped us in that process as well by explaining the different options. Even after the sale, he has kept in touch regarding our delivery needs. He has been very accessible and responsive-which is a real blessing. They also have a great selection of furniture and accessories to choose from. I compared the prices of the same products from Ashley and I saved at least $5000.00 purchasing the Ashley products from universal furniture. Even during the pandemic they helped me a lot furnishing my home on time. I not only saved money but also experienced the best customer service before and after the delivery of my furniture. My husband and I purchased bedroom set back in July for our new home from universal furniture after looking around for weeks. It was a great experience. Mr Thomas (if I could still remember) was very helpful, understanding, pleasant, friendly and professional. We didn’t want to purchase the nightstand (because of the price and our budget) but he encouraged us to buy the nightstand that we would need it sooner or later. Looking are the things I needed and are within arm length on the nightstand reminded me of what Mr. Thomas said. The furnitures are qualities at reasonable prices compare to department stores prices.
