Ray was one of the few people that could help with our BMW and although it's not a shiny place- I watched him put on booties and take very good care of the car. He is honest, priced fairly, goes above and beyond, fast, and responsive. Close to post and former military. The import place in Alexandria is shiny but when I took it in for another issue, they had our car for over TWO months, left it a wreck, damaged parts of the exterior (for an interior job) - was a nightmare.
