Worked with Ronnie on a truck for a couple days, he was a nice guy. When I got there I gave them some money down. They pulled the truck around and I looked it over and it had a few scratches on it. I went in and asked if they may be able to buff them out and touch it up, I then said if they couldn't I may not want it. The owner over herd me and he raised his voice at me and said come out here and show me. He said you are buying a used truck, I then told him yeah I know I am but it's $31000 wouldn't you want to make sure it how you would like. The whole time he was being rude. He said I don't know if they can. I told him that was fine he could just give me my money back and I would go on. He said you will have to come back tomorrow. I said well just mail it, said no you will have to come get it. He said you have wasted 2 hours of my salesmens time. He said you can just leave and not come back, I told him he didn't have to worry I would be back to get my money and that I would find a truck somewhere else where they know how to treat customers because I am the customer and this is not how you treat one. Long story short I would not recommend any one to go to this lot because the owner is very rude and thinks he has the only vehicles for sale. Bought a 2017 Pacifica today and will have to say this was one the best experiences at buying a vehicle me and my wife have had. No pressure and haggling. Ronnie took care of us from start to finish there was no going back and forth to a sales manager. He took the time to see what was the best financing he could find and didn't get upset when I found financing myself. He even drove our trade in and appraised it. I had a key made from the dealer by vin number after they got ahold of it I had to replace the fuse box and the computer because the fried it not knowing what they was doing when they called me to pick it up they told me that it wouldn’t start they had no clue what was going on with it so I had someone go tow it they fixed the fuse box I put different parts on it because it wouldn’t shift it was stuck in 3 rd gear now the mechanic is putting a new computer in it.They need experienced mechanics in their level of auto care.I will never recommend anyone to...
