This place is wonderful! Jesse, the owner, is a very competent, well trained, interesting fellow, and he took fantastic care of me. I came in because I am hopelessly ignorant and inept when it comes to tech. I had my iPhone go south, and AppleCare sent me a replacement. The SIM card had to be removed from my old phone and installed in the new. I was afraid to try it myself. Jesse said sure, he could to it, it only takes a few moments, no charge. He did indeed do it, and watching him, I was quite glad I had not tried it myself. However, IN ADDITION he walked me through all the other things I had to do to get my old phone ready to ship back to Apple and my new phone functional and ready to download all my content and settings from my iCloud account. It took multiple steps, and he spent a LOT of time with me. He still would not take any money when I offered and even urged him to, because no actual repair was made. That was VERY generous of him. If he had asked for $25 or even $50, I would not have blinked. He had just opened his business a couple of weeks before I came in, and already he had a steady stream of customers coming in and going out, as well as on the phone. All of them seemed quite happy with his service and quite agreeable to his charges, which he carefully explained to them. He was quick, efficient, professional, friendly, and very helpful. Situation: The camera lens to my Samsung Galaxy S10e has been damaged for probably over a year so I always got the "Cleaning your camera lens will result in better pictures." message. I have not noticed any difference. I was able to retrieve my phone the 2 days later on monday and it has worked perfectly since.
