Every time I go there, the experience is not good! It feels like the employees inside don't want to work! The service quality is really very poor! The overall level of their food is OK! One time I went there, I placed an order online and waited for 15 minutes before I arrived at the store! No one took the initiative to ask you what you need! I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before a waiter asked you what you need! I told them that I was here to pick up the online order! Then I continued to wait! About 25 minutes, while waiting, I chatted with other customers! They told me good luck that he had been waiting for 1 hour! Fortunately, I arrived at the store that day and waited for almost 40 minutes to finally get my food! Another complaint is that their business hours are until 12 midnight, but I placed an order online at 10:30 and arrived at the store at 10:40! They told me that they didn't have the food I ordered! I waited like 10 minutes at the order menu to place an order. They told me they were busy at the window. Thatās fine. Iāve worked food service and retail and know how crazy it gets. I never complained and waited patiently. I finally get to make my order and the drive thru attendant repeats my order to me and tells me my total then says nothing else so I start driving to the window. As Iām driving off the attendant screams at me through the intercom āTHANK YOU AND I GUESS IāM WELCOME.ā
I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed when I got to the window. I have no idea what I did to have her scream at me through the intercom. I canāt remember if I said āthank youā or not at the intercom, but I definitely wasnāt rude or yelling at her. I just stared at my steering wheel the whole time once I was at the window because the incident just made so uncomfortable and upset.
This is literally not how you treat paying customers. If I had been terribly rude and offensive to her, maybe it wouldāve be warranted (although still unprofessional), but I did absolutely nothing and said please and thank you the whole time I was there.
Completely distasteful. Iāll go to Slim Chickens or Zaxbys or one of the tens of other chicken establishments in this town that wonāt scream at me.
EDIT: Now that Iām home and looking at my order, itās completely wrong. Not one thing right. So on top the worldās rudest customer service, I wasted money on cold, plain chicken tenders with no sauces for my SEC championship party, which is definitely not what I ordered. The lady on headset kept going back and forth about what they did and didnāt have. After finally getting what I wanted situated . But thatās pitiful, then I sat with my foot out window waiting another 5 min just to get handed a bag with out a whole 4 pcs missing in the midst of getting that corrected I overlooked they forgot the biscuits too. I have a 6 yr old who can read an order and feel a bag right. Anyway the cost in gas to come back for 4 biscuits and back was more than cost of biscuits.
