We have a fire and water damage restoration company and we have been using Answerphone of America for a few years now. In our 19 years of business, we have had several answering services and Answerphone of America out-ranks them all. I have been so pleased with their service. Everyone is set up to receive a text message with every message we receive. Phone calls are patched directly to the tech on-call. We occasionally have storms go through the area causing increased call volume so Answerphone of America will staff up to help answer phones. Now that's great service!
