There is not enough positive things to say about our experience with Paramount. Mandy and her team were exceptional, helping us through the entire process and ensuring that everything was done to our satisfaction. We received multiple estimates from other companies and Paramount was the most honest about what we could readily anticipate about the cost. Other companies gave lower estimates but no one but Paramount actually accounted for the realistic costs given the condition of our 30 year old roof. They actually gave us a realistic expectation and we did not have any surprises that we could have experienced with the other companies. This honesty was what made us pick them and we are grateful that their honest planning didn’t result in unexpected expenses. The whole process was also very fast - we didn’t have to wait weeks to have the entire process completed - it only took 2 days to remove 2 layers of shingles and replace any rotted ares, then re-shingle an approximately 2700 sq. ft. roof. Another thing that we loved was the installation of drip edges and the way they planned the valleys to ensure water was diverted appropriately. No other company that we got an estimate from even planned for that. The roofing team were efficient and very professional. We were approached by this company at the start of Covid quarantine last year to offer us roof repair services after having a leak in our upstairs bedroom. They inspected the roof and found that the entire roof needed repair and not just the one section. We do not frequently use our garage, so we were not noticing that over the course of the year after their work, there was a growing problem. That is until we hired a different contractor to replace our kitchen floors, who needed constant access to the garage to work out of and store materials. They noticed that the floor was wet and there was a large spot in the ceiling of the garage that looked like water had been drying. We first hired a plumber to come and diagnose the issue to ensure it wasn't coming from our master bath just overhead. The plumber found that the bathroom was actually several feet from the leak and that the problem was the new roof. My husband (who left an earlier 5 star review that we will be changing) has tried to talk to Paramount on several occasions to get them back out to look at the situation but has only gotten the run around and a bunch of empty promises about coming to our home. We have been patiently waiting for the last 3 months or so but have still gotten no resolution. We have now forwarded a complaint to the BBB, and as you can see the link they provide to their BBB accreditation on their site is no longer active.
