Bojangles — Restaurant in Statesville

We visited late morning today, on a drive to Raleigh, and the place was crowded and severely understaffed. Not sure if the management isn't staffing well or if a few people didn't show up for their schedule, but it was a hot mess. One poor young woman was overworked, desperately trying to take orders/run the register and fill orders with zero help. She kept getting interrupted to give napkins to guests because the eating area wasn't stocked with them. We ordered two biscuits (chicken and egg and bacon), fries, and Bo-tato Rounds, to go. My husband's chicken biscuit was fine. My egg and bacon biscuit turned out to be missing the egg. The biscuit was mushy (undercooked) and there was ONE piece of bacon on it. The Bo Rounds were also undercooked and mushed together. My meal was altogether disappointing and unedible. Sadly, we were in a hurry and couldn't turn back to go exchange the food. Honestly, if i could give the place negative stars I would. My first time at this location and terrible service. Was hoping this location wouldn't be a failure but, apparently I was wrong. Ordered a cajun biscuits combo add pimento cheese with a large fry and large pepsi. Fry was not even full, so I asked for more fies. The guy running the window gave me my drink with pepsi all up the side, didnt even care to wipe it off. I then ordered 6 bo-berrys biscuits. The wrost biscuits I've ever seen. Look like they have been sitting out whole morning. Didnt eat them asked for a fresh batch( which is how they should be made). Was really disappointed as I began to pull off to wait for my fresh biscuits the employees began to start cussing. As a former bojangles employee and former fastfood employee I am beyond disappointed. Its people like these people that give us a bad wrap. Don't feed food to customers you wouldn't eat yourself. The service I was given was very unprofessional. One of the people that serviced me at the window, talked and act, very unprofessional. First they come to the window with their pants down to their thighs then they was putting my order together with some camouflage type up hat or toboggan on. Then they started talking to me, with some kind of ghetto slang. They messed my order up and made me feel like it was my fault for them not fixing my order correctly. When I plainly told them what I wanted. Then when I was trying to add to my order at the window because they could not hear me , they told me that I have to come inside that they couldn’t take my order at the window.
