Best place to get overcharged for sub par work. Dan quoted me 6 thousand for a engine and 4 thousand to install. Sorry Matt for being honest. But you should try to be honest sometime. Point out flaws with work and you degrade me and act like im a liar. Towed my car to your shop and acted like you did me a favor. My insurance has towing. They would've towed it for free if you needed more money from me. Send my insurance company a bill that way you cant get more money out of me. I use to respect you alot Matt. You overcharged and underdelivered. But I will not frequent your establishment ever again. I dont respect you anymore. Getting blamed for a vehicles problems after you got a small fortune. Its like the other guy said. Bleed you to death on repairs. A year on diagnosing cylinder 2 and ford had issues with that motor and redesigned it. I've never been treated so horrible in my life. A month to change motor and all data says 23 hours. Hmmm.. Thanks again. For taking for a ride. Consumer beware high prices low customer service. Be ready to leave with empty pockets. Get you some more money. Then get mad at me because you replaced the starter. The only thing was wrong was ground wasn't hooked up properly. Then blame me because I noticed it was loose and haven't had a problem since. Came to your shop showed you and your mechanic cleared codes. I told you that day. But be mad at me instead of technician jon. The only thing I learned from this experience is bleed you dry on repairs and take a month to install motor and go to hardware store and put none matching bolts in it. But that's my fault as well. Enjoy my battery among the laundry list of things that are my fault and not you jon or Dan. 6 thousand for a used motor. I got new one for 3200. Your making a killing. You'll never get my business ever again. I highly recommend nobody do business here. I will also tell everyone I know my story and show them all the paperwork and pictures I have. I don't recommend, they will charge you at a premium and not deliver then get offended ! $750 for a 2024 deisel oil and fuel filters plus trying to selling a in $18 cab filter for $62 plus Dan stated he didn't even check the engine air filter because it wasn't easy to get to but remembered it being dirty at 5000 miles , he was still trying to make a sale if i needed it or not , everyone knows a new truck that's never hit a rock road 13,500 miles needs either filter. Just squeezing me for every drop.

It's easy math they squeezed and squeezed and they're delicate sensitivies arise when you get on them for treating you as the sucker of the day.

It doesn't end there , they forgot to reset my fuel filter gauge and weeks later I have to call them and of course I'm frustrated only to be met with Amanda's delicate sensitivies , they was no help on the phone and i finally googled it and reset it myself. All for the price of $750 ? Sorry if I hurt your feelings Matt for being honest , you should give it a shot !!

I never cursed Matt but I said his team took it as a challenge to F me after I almost begged Amanda how important it was for them to properly do the work and be fair with me . i got neither from them and Matt took offense at the F word but all so happy to over charge and do shotty work.
