DG Market — Local services in Steeleville

Purchased a verizon refill card for my mom .the store didnt scan the card right .they refused to help fix there error or give me there customer support number called a local verizon store when i went to caseys general store to get gas they seen me carrying this card around they called the number all stores are provided with and verizon said it was dollar generals error they credited my mothers phone.verizon management said dollar general has multiple complaints of refusing to help customers with there errors .after so many they will not be allowed to sell cards .which doesnt matter to me wont buy another there .hope everyone sees they dont correct there errors and wont provide the number to fix it and feel put out .because the assistant manager was to busy playing on her phone...

This Dollar General it's very similar to all the other Dollar Generals. I noticed when I got there that most of the shelves was filled from the front door at least about midway's and they were refilling in the back. The help same to be very efficient and friendly a place as usual what Dollar General is clean. The prices as usual with Dollar Generals in the places I've been very good. My Hope Is that Dollar General can continue to serve the people as they do. I do not know if it's true in all Dollar Generals but in the one that I go to in Murphysboro doesn't sell lottery tickets Alcohol Tobacco or any kind of pornography and for me that's blessing. If this is not the same and all the stores I hope it will soon...

The cashier I had last night was not very friendly and very snotty! The soda she rang up was a different price then what it was listed on the shelf and when we said something she acted like she was arguing about it so my fiance goes to shelf and gets the sticker and brings it to her she barely glanced at the label and says that date is already over then says she can't help that no one took the price tag down so when we asked for her manager she says there isn't a manager here, which was a lie (because we called and asked for manager after we left)!! I will not be back to this dollar general unless I absolutely...
