I always go here for cute clothes!! Other reviews say the layout is a bit odd, but that's mainly because it's a large store. The furniture is a hit or miss, same with most thrift stores lol. It's incredibly well-maintained and is run by people who live in the town! They've got a house cat that roams around, (Ivy) and she's actually quite sweet. They have wonderful areas for younger kids stuff. Changing rooms are gender-neutral. Revenue stays local
Read moreWas excited to check this store out for the first time last Saturday to find a chair for my daughter. We arrived 20 minutes BEFORE they closed to see what they had. When we parked by the front window, we saw 2 employees running up from further back in the store. As we are walking to the door, one of the employees shut off the open sign and the other hurried to lock the doors. I knocked on the door to see if we could enter and the employee with the septum piercing opened the door and said, "we just closed". I said, "your sign says open for another 20 minutes ". She laughed and said, "no, we've been slow so we just closed early". We saw them laughing in the store as we were leaving. Unbelievably...
Read moreThey do good work and are generally a nice place to shop (hence the 2 stars), but they are a terrible place to donate. I tried to drop off some items there recently including an upholstered chair. They said they couldn't accept the chair, which is fine as it wasn't pristine by any means. I asked if I could make a donation to cover the cost of disposal and the guy said "No, and if you ask me again I'll call the police." Huh?! What for exactly? He said he was a manager and that I should just go to Goodwill from now on. I guess maybe he was just having a bad day, but it was a truly, truly bizarre customer service experience, and not one I'd wish on...
