Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Stevens Point

This place sucks (Stevens Point location specific). Other locations I have experienced are fantastic, which is why I kept giving the Stevens Point location another shot.

Customer service is decent. Not great but not horrible. Clearly employees don't like their job or take pride..its understandable but still.

Pizzas are frequently undercooked or overcooked and I have had many pizzas that are mostly charred on the underside. I've had to throw them away (waste of money and time). Had times where they give me the wrong type of pizza, topping or it just doesn't look appealing.

Breadsticks are ALWAYS very ugly looking and misshapen. Some of them are very small in scale to others, burnt, dried out etc.

I used to eat at Little Caesars all the time but not so much anymore. I still come back every few weeks or months hoping that quality has improved but I am always left disappointed.

Sometimes, you will get lucky and your order will be pretty decent but 9 times out of ten, it's no good.

I really don't know what's going on at this location but it can't be that big of an issue...you make pizza and Breadsticks...c'mon.

Love Little Caesars. The crazy puffs are perfect for a lunch for one person and they are like a cross between pepperoni pizza and the Italian cheese bread they are so delicious. The Italian cheese bread is amazing I love that seasoning that they put on it. They also have slices and sticks where you can get pizza and Italian cheese bread in case you can't decide which one you want which is awesome. Usually if I'm getting a pizza I'll go with the extra most bestest because I like a good amount of cheese and toppings. I have to agree with others that the only thing that is disappointing is the crazy sauce is overpriced and you get hardly any in the containers. App works really well. Price is never the same even though I order the same thing. Employee's are stealing or something funny is going on, I mailed letter complaint and owner never replied. Really old equipment, fans in warmers are packed with dirt and debris. Really needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. No details with receipt as cash register doesn't print receipt, only receipt you get is total amount charged to your debit card. Pizza is generally warm at best. App for your phone doesn't work at this store. Not sure how Little Caesars Corporate let's this...
